Hey Dear Friends and Family ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I would like to talk about how habits can affect you. And to be frank we live a life based on our habbits. The quality of life you have is dependent on the quality of habbits you follow.

Recently, I found myself in a non-resourceful state for several days. It was uncommon for me to feel non-mindful and non-resourceful for such an extended period. I was excited about my new job, as it offered many learning opportunities. Unfortunately, it disrupted my sleeping pattern. I started going to bed after midnight and waking up very late.

Fortunately, I recognized this pattern. I was constantly thinking about work, but my positive and successful habits fell by the wayside. I adopted non-resourceful habits like sleeping late, waking up late, and overthinking about work.

To break this cycle, I had to refocus on my positive habits. I rewrote my success habits and started following them again, which made a huge impact.

Here are the habits I committed to:

  • Meditation: I will meditate twice daily for at least one hour to become more spiritual and peaceful.
  • Walking: I will walk every day for at least 20 to 30 minutes to stay mentally and physically healthy.
  • Reading: I will read at least 20 pages daily whenever I am free to be mindful and knowledgeable.
  • Cleaning: I will clean the plates and vessels after eating every day to live a self-disciplined life.
  • Folding Clothes: I will fold my clothes daily, whenever I am free, to stay self-motivated.
  • Cooking: I will cook or help with cooking at least once a day to relax.
  • Sleeping: I will sleep before 10:30 PM every day and wake up before 7 AM to remain physically and mentally active.
  • Morning Routine: I will take a bath after my morning meditation to feel fresh and active every day.
  • Motivating Others: I will send a motivational message to “The Real Magic of Life” group or broadcast list at least twice a week to motivate both others and myself.

Now, I ask you: What are your success habits?

Remember, if you are focusing on one area too much, something else might be sacrificed, whether it’s your time, health, money, peace, happiness, or relationships.

Sending love, hugs, and flowers from the bottom of my heart,

The Real Magic Of Life
