consciousness, inviting us to transcend our identification with the body, mind, and ego. By embracing this chant, we can align ourselves with the core teachings of Advaita Vedanta, moving beyond the illusions of individuality and experiencing our unity with the eternal, blissful consciousness that pervades all existence.

Feel free to modify the words or sentences as needed, but here are six foundational chants you can use during your meditation.

Beyond Body Mind and Senses : I am not the body, mind, intellect, ego, or inner reflections. I am not the five senses. I am beyond them. I am not the elements (ether, earth, fire, wind). I am the eternal knowing and bliss, love and pure consciousness.

Transcending Life Forces : I am not energy, breath, material essences, or coverings. I am not the instruments of elimination, procreation, motion, grasping, or speaking. I am the eternal knowing and bliss, love and pure consciousness.

Freedom from Emotional Attachments : I have no hatred, dislike, liking, greed, delusion, pride, or jealousy. I have no duty, money, desire, or even liberation. I am the eternal knowing and bliss, love and pure consciousness.

Beyond Virtue and Vice : I have neither virtue nor vice. I do not commit sins or good deeds, nor have happiness or sorrow. I do not need mantras, holy places, scriptures, rituals, or sacrifices. I am none of the triad of observer, observing, or observed. I am the eternal knowing and bliss, love and pure consciousness.

Transcendence of Fear and Birth : I have no fear of death, as I have no death. I have no separation from my true self, no doubt about my existence. I have no father, mother, relative, friend, guru, or disciple. I am the eternal knowing and bliss, love and pure consciousness.

All-Pervasive Equilibrium : I am all-pervasive. I am without attributes and form. I have no attachment to the world or to liberation. I have no wishes for anything because I am everything, everywhere, always in equilibrium. I am the eternal knowing and bliss, love and pure consciousness.

This simplified chant helps you connect with the core teachings of Advaita Vedanta, guiding you to realize your oneness with the infinite, blissful consciousness.
