We can definitely identify ourselves as the body, which did not exist before our birth and will be destroyed after death; or as the mind, which exists only during the journey of life; or as the soul, the consciousness that is the ultimate Brahman — the eternal reality that always exists. It is up to you to decide what or who you truly are.
